Continuum: Roleplaying in the Yet along with its unfinished companion piece Narcissist is a science fiction role-playing game about time travel created by Chris Adams, Dave Fooden and Barbara Manui and published by Aetherco/Dreamcatcher.

Praised by numerous reviews for its unique setting and innovative approach to time travel fiction while equally criticized for its cumbersome ruleset, Continuum is regarded as the best time travel game you'll never play.

Due to its exotic nature and the fact that its no longer easily available anywhere, either in print or electronic format, the game has by far and large fallen from the public eye. The original authors seem to have abandoned it entirely.

However, a very small but dedicated community is growing. Requests and proposals for simplified game systems are being submitted, which would make the game more approachable, and increase its popularity.

As a result, this community is asking Chris Adams, Dave Fooden, and Barbara Manui to release the original game under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License. Thus, the original authors will be always credited for their work, while allowing the game to flourish after all these years.

Continuum is an idea that’s too good to let fall into obscurity. Chris, Dave, Barbara, please help make the best time travel role-playing game playable!
