Whats the point of giving Choops admin if he cant do anything, everyday in chat on csgoraffling i see people posting links to other sites and spamming. Players ask for Admin and Choops dose a good job at answering them but what is the point? if he really cant do anything to stop them.

So Oranje Please give Choops a few commands that normal admins have. This will make the chat much better and friendly.
