BTS are human, we are human. No one should disregard that.

BTS loves their fans and it's been said that they use fanmail to get through hard times. They jave a close relationship with their fans and enjoy interracting with their fans too. BigHit cant take that away from them. This needs to stop.

Bighit putting these rules is idiotic.. The only way BTS was able to make money was obviously through the fans and now they're banning interaction with them to give back. Its obscure.

Please don't do this! It's hard enough being an Australian fan without this as well!

I think bts should be allowed to interact w fans bc they love their fans. This is their right.

How could Big Hit take away BTS members fan mail ? It's not only hard for the fans but for the members too. Fans support BTS and without letters and such they might get unmotivated.

Give BTS back their freedom. They arent your bloody slaves who cant even smile at their fans.

Fans should be treated more better, its better for bts too when they have our support. Some of us have money problems too but were still buying albums because we still want to show that were supporting them.

I don't think it's right not letting the boys receive fan letters and gifts from ARMYs. What's worse, not even letting them smile to the fans? You're controlling them like puppets! They deserve those gifts, fans' appreciation and heartfelt adoration for them. Just to see that tiny, warm smile, ARMYs' have been buying countless albums to get a chance to see that. I get it, BTS is the most successful group in BigHit so you wanna suck and squeeze out all the profits they earn. But making them work harder and way over their limit will eventually make one of them really sick. So, even if we can't send gifts or meet them please do not overwork them. We ARMYs really do not want to see them suffering or in any pain. Once more, please think this over and be rational. If you overwork them, it may have drawbacks not only will the fans create chaos, but you WILL lose out too(earning your profits blablabla). So BigHit, you guys are smart please think this through!
