I always thought bighit was the best company, that they treated their fans nicely. I always thought they only cared about bts and not the money. But ARMY cares more about BTS and their health. So please take care of bts

I love bts so much and I was planning on sending them stuff through bighit's mailbox but I don't think they're even letting them receive fan mail. I miss interaction.

Im really sad for the fans who goes to their concerts in Korea. I live in Sweden so i can't go to any of their concerts but i relly hope that this gets more attention and makes bighit stop this because how it is now i awful

I think BTS should be able to interact and receive fan mail from fans. Most international fans send fan mail because that's the only way they can contact them.
