Absolutely agree ! I travel through and to Staten Island atleast 3 times or more a week for work and doctor visits. We have family there too.

I work in Staten Island, coming from Brooklyn and this took hike greatly affects me. I feel as though as a fellow New Yorker working in Staten Island I should not be penalized, especially when there are toll benefits for those coming into Staten Island from New Jersey, a completely different state.

I live on one side of the bridge and my family lives on the other. I have to pay 30 DOLLARS round trip just to see my family!! This insanely ridiculous toll prevents me from seeing them as much as I'd like to :(

Enough with the traffic backed up in Brooklyn. Just allow the cars to pass like at the Batteryt tunnel get ride of that horrendous and outdated toll plaza.

We want the same discount as Staten Island residents. We are not asking for more, but to be treated the same. Fairness and equality for all residents who live on either side of the bridge.

I agree with this peition. I live in Bay Ridge, I have had to go over the Verrazano for work and business specifically for my residental location being close to my casework that was in Staten Island.

I THINK ITS RIDICULOUS TO PAY THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY TO CROSS A BRIDGE THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR 100O TIMES ALREADY. FOR EVERY CAR THAT GOES OVER THERE IS A CHARGE OF AT LEAST $6, SO HOW MUCH HIGHER BEFORE EVERYONE TAKES THE 'FREE' BRIDGES TO GET INTO NEW JERSEY, NOT LONG BECAUSE IF I FIGURED IT OUT SO WILL ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE USING THIS INSANE BRIDGE. GIVE US BROOKLYNITES A BREAK FOR A CHANGE

I live in Brooklyn and work in Staten Island and pay full price to cross the bridge 5 days a week. People that live in Brooklyn and work in Staten Island should have the same discount that people who live in Staten Island and work in Brooklyn have.
