I am penalized because I live in Brooklyn. I can't even afford to go see my kids. Just because you choose to live in SI the rest of us should not have to pay for your case in living in SI

I recently moved my elderly mother to Staten Island. Rents in Brooklyn have become just too much for her to afford any longer. So now I'm there all the time! The tolls are killing me!! When will it stop? Will we someday be paying $25 just to cross a bridge. It's insanity! We need to do something now.

As a resident in Staten Island I don't see why it has to go up again when it's already high. No one wants to come to Staten Island due the toll fee and though I don't pay the full price, I think it's unfair that I have to pay to go home!
