18വർഷം ആയി ഒരു അധ്യാപിക ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന ഒരു cbse സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും വ്യക്തിപരമായ വൈരാഗ്യത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഒരു അധ്യയന വർഷം സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും മാറി നിൽക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു നിയമം ഉണ്ടോ.

സർ കേരളത്തിൽ എല്ലാ തൊഴിൽ മേഖലകളിലും അതിന്റെ തോതനുസരിച് ശമ്പളം നൽകുമ്പോൾ സ്വകാര്യ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾളിൽ മാത്രം ദിവസം 150 രൂപ യാണ് പല മാനേജ്മെന്റ് കളും നൽകി വരുന്നത്. അതിനൊരു മാറ്റം അനിവാര്യമാണ്.

Low salary. Work load. If we take more than one leave in a month deduction in salary. There is no humanitarian consideration we are like machines.
