Give ALL SJR Candidates a free and unbiased election
Patriotism. Judaism. Filial Love. Charity. Conduct. Purity. Fraternity. These are the cardinal principles that embody AZA. The mere second an Aleph is initiated into our order, he is commanded to uphold these seven folds into our brotherhood and community. As brothers, we must look out for our own, regardless of our personal opinions, bias, or other factors. Recently, South Jersey Region staff has denied a passionate, qualified, and prepared candidate to run due to staff opinion of "making Alephs feel unwelcome". If the opinions of staff truly represent the members of SJR, then logically it would be shown in a vote. However, a vast a majority of teens disagree with staff, and it should be the teens decision to to determine this. SJR must let all candidates run to uphold the sacredness and integrity of our brotherhood, regardless of staff opinion. We call on AZA leaders from around the order to STEP UP and SPEAK OUT for ALL Alephs to receive a fair and equal shot for South Jersey Region's 60th regional board along with ALL Alephs around the Order who have not violated the 92nd page of the Blue Book and Robert's Rules of Order and emphasize that our movement is teen lead and staff supported, not the other way around.
