4-way, Jackie, because Columbia's private drive effectively feeds in to this intersection and carries a fair amount of traffic.

Actually it is a 3 way stop. SOLID light necessary in both directions on corner of 218 & Seaman. Blinking red will change nothing. Blinking yellow good for coming up hill from Indian Rd. traveling east on 218th.

It's a tricky issue, as a traffic signal could actually make things worse (cars speeding to catch the green, or even running the red). A blinking light, more visible stop sign with rumble strips is a good suggestion.

I regularly cross here with two small children and cars rarely come to a complete stop. This intersection needs intervention.

I am in total agreement!

I used to live at 560 W. 218th on the corner of W. 218th and Seaman Ave. and noticed all of these things occurring. I was nearly hit by cars on multiple occasions while crossing at the crosswalks at this intersection with my infant child in a stroller. It is incredibly dangerous and scary the sheer number of vehicles that do not stop or even slow down for the stop signs at this intersection.

This intersection is ridiculous. Its only a matter of time before someone gets run over.
