It's been too long to keep Gil out of the HOF. With the record he had he certainly deserves the posthumous honor, not only as a great fielder but a wonderful gentleman.

Only an inability at the time for Campy to vote remotely kept Hodges out of the Hall of Fame years ago. A voting quirk shouldn't deny this man an honor he clearly deserves.
