I've been a fan of Gil's since 1948-9. I still can't believe that he is still not in the Hall! I don't know the ins of who votes and when. I refuse to go to Cooperstown until he's inducted and if he's no longer eligible AN EXCEPTION MUST BE MADE.

He deserves to join his Brooklyn teammates. It's awful that baseball hasn't recognized him. His World Series managerial win with the Mets was a Miracle.
