This is a simple change with positive impacts. GIH is something we should've implemented a while ago already.

As VP of DormCon, I hoped to see GIH implemented at MIT soon. I'm glad to see that students are still working toward this goal, and I hope DSL seriously considers GIH in order to welcome all students to MIT.
