The silence from giffgaff regarding these guidelines is becoming impossible to ignore. I keep checking for an official response but their lack of transparency is leaving us all in the dark about our service.

Seeing this grow so quickly reminds me how many of us feel ignored when it comes to our actual data needs. I am genuinely moved by the response because it shows I am not the only one frustrated by this silence from the network.

The lack of transparency is awful for a community based network. just tell us what the plan is!
UNLIMITED means unlimited giffgaff stop changing the terms halfway through
if they take away unlimited data i am gone. simple as that.
really hope they sort this out soon. i dont want to have to switch providers but i need reliable data for work.
Sort it out giffgaff. Sick of the guessing games.
