The nearest thing to alien life any of us are likely to encounter in our lifetime. These beautiful and intelligent creatures deserve our respect.

There is absolutely no reason to hunt these intelligent and beautiful animals. The only hunting that should be done here should be done with cameras in search of the perfect picture.

The Octopus MUST be PROTECTED and to IMMEDIATELY BAN HUNTING THESE OCEANIC ANIMALS/ They are scientifically proven to be even more intelligent than dogs and have sense of knowing what 'reflection of self is' and not thinking it is another. They have "9 BRAINS"!!!! capable of utilizing ALL 6 Senses AND "3 HEARTS"!!! capable of FEELING DEEP EMPATHY AND EMOTIONAL RESPONSES...They FEEL and THINK MUCH MORE THAN WE CAN. An octopus has three hearts, nine brains, and blue blood. Two hearts pump blood to the gills, while a third circulates it to the rest of the body. The nervous system includes a central brain and a large ganglion at the base of each arm which controls movement They are TOP PREDATORS of the OCEAN and it is CRITICAL that they are PROTECTED as they KEEP MICROSCOPIC AND VISIBLE sea animals and coral and sea bed grasses in balance along with the WRASSE, GROUPER and SHARK. It is VITAL IMPORTANCE that we use 'our intelligence' to PRESERVE and PROTECT The Giant Pacific Octopus. These animals are my favourite sea animals and it infuriates me how shallow hunters can be to want to cause and inflict pain, anguish, misery and slow death - remember the 9 BRAINS and 3 HEARTS the long and slow death these animals would feel as each organ tries to compensate for the other whilst it dies in pain. Hunters are murderers and let's understand their reasoning and mentality for the hunt..they LIKE to KILL they actually ENJOY the THRILL of BULLYING an animal into submission to take away the animals life just so the hunter can get a cheap ego-thrill because of his/her small shallow mind. WE MUST RISE ABOVE THESE PEOPLE AND DEMAND A STOP TO THIS DISGUSTING, IGNORANT AND ARROGANT ACTIVITY. These animals ARE PEACEFUL and it's THEIR HOME how the hell would somebody like someone coming into their home and killing them...THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS AND IT'S WRONG.
