As a supporter of 101-9 the Giant, I respectfully request that the CBRM officially recognize "The Giant Nation" as a  Facebook "City State" within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.This action will bestow all rights and privledges afforded to such entity and officially recognize The Giant's Facebook membership now exceeding 20,000 persons. This milestone was reached on Sept 29, 2010. By granting the Giant Nation City Status, the CBRM acknowledges the support of listeners and notes that many top rated Radio Stations in large cities like Toronto, and Vancouver do not have large Facebook memberships like the Giant Nation.
