Curiosity into the paranormal activity of ghosts has been around for the entire recorded history of man kind. Every culture and generation has experienced and speculated about this activity in one form or another. Many private studies have been done to further our knowledge and understanding of these occurrences. Without proper funding and resources however, it nearly impossible for researchers to come up with anything conclusive. Understanding these phenomena could be the key to grasping a whole new concept of our place in the universe. It might one day play a role in uniting our species on this planet as a whole. We therefore request that our government institute a well funded and properly equipped organization to research paranormal activity and ghost comprehension.
