Can't you all see it? Alola Region is like. . . the BEST region to make a new Eevee in Think Phoebe, who could have ties to Alola. We can potentially get Dragon Eevee, Steel Eevee, but the most desired, the most interesting [in terms of how to evolve] would have to be the mysterious GHOST EEVEE. HELL, We could even play against the Ghost Girl who would have one of these bad boys/girls. How about it! Ghost Type Eevee? It's about damn time we got one!!

Low Friendship seems like the way to go. I mean, Give it the Reapers Cloth and get it's friendship to low. I like the level 50 Dragon Type, but I feel it should have Dragon Scale held as well.
