The 2016 Ghostbusters film was highly enjoyable with lots of laughs and memorable moments. The movie indeed deserves a sequel to keep the story going. I have seen the positive impact the film has had on people this has brought many new people into the fandom and has inspired a whole new generation of Ghostheads.

I'm a 34-year-old GhostHead. I have movie accurate uniform, proton pack and equipment from the 80s movies.
The 2016 movie was a love letter to the originals whilst strongly cutting its own path. I loved every second of every viewing. We need a sequel to continue the story and potentially expand the Ghostbusters universe.

As a lifelong Ghostbusters fan (seriously, my parents took me to see the first film when it was rereleased for Halloween of '85 at 4 months old), I LOVED this film. Best film that I've seen in years, and that's as someone who really enjoyed Star Wars 7. If it gets a sequel, I'd be first in line to see it. Please, Sony, make it happen!

i expected this movie to be not very good due to its advertising and people badmouthing it without actually seeing it but whoa!! i have recommended it to all of my friends because they thought it wasn't worth it but how wrong they are! it is amazing and i am buying it as soon as it is released
