Although not the best movie in history, the foundation being laid deserves an exploration beyond this first movie ; there is still a lot to discover and the movie has a faithful fanbase.

Ghostbusters changes the game of film for so many young girls around the world. Four female scientists a.k.a. four smart, funny, working ladies having the time of their life while forming amazing social friendships and saving the world. People have no idea how much this means to women and girls. Also there is Holtzmann, the queer scientist, which made a thousand of queer womens hearts go crazy. Seeing yourself on screen isn't as normal as it should be for strong, smart, queer and female individuals. So please, give us another shot!

I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a movie so much!! My 12 year old son is a fan of the whole franchise and he loved it too! Made me stay until after the credits to see if there was any clues for a sequel, hopefully he isn't let down!!

My entire family enjoyed this movie, and i've convinced others to go see it and they loved it too! Please actually remake the first movie in the sequel (kick Zuul's butt)! I will be buying this when it hits digital.

This movie was fun, and funny, and showcased funny women being total badasses -- all while not showing cleavage, wearing leather, or chasing some guy. For all the online hate, there is also SO MUCH online LOVE for this film, and I hope the creators see it. We need so, so many more movies like this.... and ESPECIALLY a sequel!
