Support a Restroom in Golden Gate Park's Boat Playground

Much needed restroom for the kids who love to play here and have their birthday parties here!

Restroom badly needed there!! Lots of kids' birthday parties, play groups--please put in the restrooms!

Please help the children have a restroom to use while they play!!

Very necessary for this active playground location.

After holding numerous birthday parties at the 'boat playground' for my kids, it is clear that this popular playground in the Outer Sunset is underserved by not having bathrooms nearby.

We used the playground for years, three generations. A restroom would be a big boon.

Though my son is 19 now, we visited that playground many times in his childhood. I think it would be great to add a bathroom to this location given all the family activity that occurs there.

We have lived near this park for over twenty years and raised our sin going to boat park. We've been saying this is a huge need for years. Thanks for pushing this forward!

Please install a restroom at the Boat Playground in Golden Gate Park. I take my grandchild there and it's a nuisance that when she needs to use the toilet - that there is none there. I was talking to a parent at the Boat playground about this and she said that they let the kids use the bushes even for bowel movements. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. San Francisco has a lot of money coming in at this time. Please allocate some of this money to put in a restroom at the Boat Playground. I would not let my grandchild use the bushes as a toilet. We have to leave the playground earlier then we intended to and that is hard for a 4 year old. She tells me that she will "hold off" pooping so we don't have to go home. That is not healthy, so we always have to go home. I and many other parents, grandparents, childcare minders, preschool teachers and others are requesting that a restroom is built there. THe alternative which some people use - to let their children go into the bushes to do their toilet is disgusting and unsanitary.
