Living here is honestly so stressful with the constant maintence issues. We need better conditions for our families!
FIX THE GFH!!! U CANT EXPECT GRADS TO LIVE LIKE THIS
The rent hikes are insane considering the place is falling apart. Please fix this soon.
Just need something safe for my kid to live in. Its really not too much to ask.
My apartment has had a leak for weeks. This is not acceptable for what we pay in rent.

It is really hard to focus on my research when everything in my unit is breaking or moldy. Get it together uc.
