We're trying to put an end to the inefficient management of the growing number of theft incidents in Gezira Sporting Club. The aim is to get back the sense of safety and securtity we once felt when we were kids in this club. This petition will be used to prompt the management to take firm actions and end this hassle.

The emails I receive from members detailing their lost items are becoming heavy to carry. I am currently reaching out to club leadership to demand a formal meeting about these security failures. It is exhausting work but we cannot let the silence from the office become the new normal.

I got stolen twice, one of them couple of years ago, from the Speedball, left my bag their to complete my training with the team. My wallet was stolen, later it was found empty of course in the Jodo changing room. Also my watch got stolen from the ladies pool while I was swimming
Last summer in June 2015, when I was kickboxing beside the track, my bag was stolen (with my wallet and phone) from the circular bench beside the track. It was very fast as if the theif was unfortunately, one of your club members.
My wallet was stolen from my bag which also included my watch , mobile and other stuff. I was inside the lido's dressing room , I left my bag , as I always do for the past 15 years , I went for a shower then when I'm back I couldn't find my wallet. I'm 100% sure it was one of the guys working in the dressing room but unfortunately I can't prove it. 3 weeks later, I was contacted by one of the security guards in the club to inform me that they found my wallet in the baby garden with all my ID's , medical insurance cards , everything except my cash.
My Wallet got stolen from fibers gym last night and when asked why the cameras weren't working, the answer was that the members don't want to be filmed! Security cameras are a necessity!! And this was the 4th incident this week!

We need kids, teenagers to rexpect and fear the CONTROL like we did when we were younger. And we need more controls to be patroling the club like they did 10 years ago
