The occupants of 1740 Clevland Ave have the whole neighborhood in a uproar, We have some that have lived in this neighborhood for years and are thinking of selling their homes but know the value has gone down because of this family. We all have issues with all the teens that are there without supervision and when the mother is there she dosent supervise kids roaming at all times of night making all kinds of noise cant have windows open , language is nothing but cussing they are all not old enough to smoke but they do and the mother leaves her 4 year old home with teens she is always in the street no shoes on and glass all over street from them breaking glass. The yard is full of garbage all the time . I have had things taken from my yard and find it all broken up . Its just getting so bad they have 10 to 20 teens there all the time at all times of the day and night you see kids climbing in and out of windows. The mother has kids stay there that arent even hers and she takes money from them drugs also have been going on. Few of the teens go to my neighbors house ask for money,beer, and cigs and that the mother sent them over. Ive gone to visit with my neighbor and left my cigs on his back porch because he dont smoke in the house the kids came banging on back door for a cig he said no they are minors and they took mine and at the same time he had to find his dogs because the kids let them out and didnt close gate . This family dont care about anybody and they are on our properties destoying and taking and we tell them to stay off our properties and they dont care.We have to many teens causing problems in our neighborhood that dont even live in this neighborhood its an unsupervised house and party house for teens with or without the parent home roaming the streets at all times of the night and a four year old hanging with all these teens something going to happen to her if things dont get changed which is so sad. Not to long ago police were at that house because mom let the kids stay at one of her adult friends and he gave the kids moonshine what parent does this and what parents let there kids hang out there with all the kids that are always there there is a lot of parents that dont care thats bad. We need to get this resolved and get our neighborhood back this family thinks everything is theres and do what they want its not right . The condition of how they live and what the animals have to live in the place ought to be condemed the neighbors are also worried about roaches and rodents thats how bad the house and yard are.
