I am under the understanding that all hardware/infrastructure is already in place for this, however the go a head is with the municipality. We need/pay for service we do not get now and something needs to be done .

Great news. Can we assume that the service will cover all homes in Adjal Tos or will certain areas (dead end streets as an example) be omitted?
