A woman with cancer needs the medical card through the Welfare System. She has a job, but no insurance and she needs treated now. Welfare keeps denying her of the medical card. She don't want the food stamps or a check, just the medical card. She needs treatment which is a very high cost. She would pay from her pocket if that was possible, but she barely makes enough to keep her family going.
