Wonderful Brand Pistachios WARNING LABEL FOR BUGS

there was a worm in my pistachio.

I found forty one cents in my bag of pistachios. What the hell!!!!!

I always eat Wonderful brand pistachios when I’m watching tv, it’s my go to snack, I always put them in my mouth and crack them open with my teeth I always have had one or two that tasted TERRIBLE!! and thought I was just a bad one, but today I spit it out and looked at the nut and was so disgusted, it was a BUGG!!! So I searched the web to see if others have had this problem, and OMG, this was something that happens!?! What the F!! I can’t believe how many!! F-N bugs I’ve ate over this past few MONTHS!! Talk about pistachios having protein..they were not kidding..never again, you just lost a customers!!!!!!!!

Was just enjoying some pistachios when a very unpleasant taste hit my palate. To my dismay, I looked at the pistachio and saw it was crumbly. Upon further inspection, a good sized worm was hidden under the nut. Definitely wasn't expecting that surprise tonight.

I ate several pistachios, then found the roasted larvae. I am disgusted! Put on a warning label! I know this will affect profits and profit always takes precedence over human concern when it comes to large corporations. However just once relate this back to your own families and what you want for them. If we all did that, we my have less corporate profit and more decency and caring in the world. Stick on ahe damn warning label.

I bought a bag today. Super bowl Sunday and found a worm in my pistachio!!!! Ugh #vomit

I found a bug and months later so did my 7 year old daughter.

I find bugs all the time burrowed in the pistachio.

Wonderful brand is the only kind I buy (though not for much longer). A few months ago I realized I must have eaten one with a worm in it because it tasted awful but I didn’t realize it was one with a worm until a few pistachios later when I happened to actually see one with the dead brown worm sticking out. Since then, I have to examine every pistachio before I put it in my mouth, and sadly I must say I am glad I do because every bag I have bought since I started eating pistachios in the last few months has averaged 1-3 pistachios with this worm found partially inside. I can’t imagine there being many people that would enjoy seeing a worm in their food. I totally understand from a business standpoint why they would not want to label their bags with a worm warning, but for the amount of worms I have come across; there needs to be a change somewhere and I very much appreciate the one who started this post/petition. I got sick of seeing so many worms in my pistachios so I Google searched it and found this page, and I hate to say this but I am glad I am not alone on this one. Thank you.
