Wonderful Brand Pistachios WARNING LABEL FOR BUGS

I found so many in a small bag

Just bit into a nasty pistachio, wasn’t looking as I was eating them, and immediately knew something was off. Looked in the other half of the shell and there was a maggot. I spat out a mixture of black/brown substance.

I have purchased a bag of wonderful pistachios at a Walmart in Henderson nevada on 4/3/26. My son who has ulcerative colitis was eating them when he said he frmt something furry in his mouth. He took it out and noticed a bug in bedded in the pistachio. We have the bag, pistachio, and the shell. I want to file a lawsuit, and will not need a coupon to redeem another bag. As I do understand your process, but im not understanding how a bug gets intended in a peanut that has a shell on it.

I had to Google about the hole in the pistachios I have noticed, after I saw the casting of a tiny worm in one of my "Wonderful" pistachios. It was apparent before I cracked the shell, as it was hanging out of the shell

I purchases the Wonderful chili flavored pistachios and they were extremely small and tasted rancid. When I called customer service they only offered coupons. NEVER BUYING THIS BRAND!!!

geez, i just stopped buying them... i eat so many nuts, but these are the absolute WORST!

I am a victim, the inadequate warning needs to be stopped. Wonderful needs to be held liable for breaching it’s duty of care, making there consumers subjective to inherent risk. This ends now.

I got a worm in my bag :( a warning would’ve been nice before spending 10$ on a 1 lb bag worth.

It was very gross finding a bug in my snack this morning. I looked for a warning and found not one waring of insects. I would not be as upset if there was a warning. But it was disgusting finding the weird brown bug INSIDE the actual nut itself. It only makes me wonder how many of these little guys I've actually consumed. I agree that a warning label needs to be made.

I not only found insects in my pistachios, but mold as well. After eating half of the bag. In result, I got ill. The expiration for the bag is 8 months from now.

Please put all ingredients in the label including the bugs and a warning on package that there are most likely bugs in these!

Second bag in a row of pistachios where ive found a lot of larvae and pupae of them. Although harmless it is disgusting and should not be allowed by FDA to be acceptable. I have pictures to prove my statement

I haven’t had a bag of Wonderful Pistachios that did not have worms. Company response that this is normal for pistachios is unacceptable. I’ve never had worms in any other brand. People have a right to know your pistachios are wormy. Put it on the label.
