Please help.  Danny needs to be assessed by a psychiatric professional. Unfortunately, he is not in the right state of mind to come to this realization. We have been worried about him for many, many years and fear the day when we get the call that he has caused bodily harm to someone else or to himself.

By signing this petition, you are in agreement that Danny Martin Corvelo requires assessment by a psychiatric professional because he has the potential to cause bodily harm to himself or another individual.  You are also helping us get the ammunition we need to have the Justice of the Peace issue Danny a Form 1. A Form 1 will allow a doctor to hold Danny in a hospital for up to 72 hours to complete a thorough psychiatric assessment. This assessment will determine whether or not he requires the care and supervision that a psychiatric hospital can provide.

Feel free to add any comments or observations you’ve had with regards to Danny’s behaviour. It does not have to be recent - Danny has been struggling with this issue for many years.
