Kids that grow up with out pets have a higher probability of committing patricide. So... Kids get a dog or sometime in the future they may off you. I think thedecision is an easy one. But hey I don't know you, maybe you have a weird desire for your children to destroy you and take overthe house, at which point they can have a dog. And when they tell the police why, it'll be cool. The cops probably had the love of a dog growing up, a live you are currently denying them. They won't even catch a charge, police will be like damn, this guy fell backwards on 17 bullets and then the klutz dropped a knife on himself another 20 times.
Get a dog bro, it'll happen with or without you, so wouldn't you rather just get some sweet sweet doggo kisses, andretain your children's love whileremaining alive.

I sure hope by now those kids have a dog. The rewards are multiple . Good responsibility for them. Easy to train. Pet to play & grow with. Nothing better to have in your family (except maybe a kitty)
