In the past two years, the podcast "Welcome To Night Vale" has grown in such magnitude and popularity that people across the world have so much love for the characters and creators, the actors and the whole universe (if such things as universes and people do, in fact, exist). The live shows which the team hold are the perfect example of this; bringing people together and uniting them over something really, really cool.
There's just one thing- people in the UK can't get to these live shows, because up until now they have been/ will be held in America and Canada. And that's kinda inconvenient for us folks, because we love WTNV just as much!
Obviously funds are very tight and at the moment it's financially impossible to get a show here. This petition is literally just to show that there is an interest- that people here are more than willing to come to the shows, essentially that WTNV have a reason to come across the pond. In the future, with Joseph Fink and Jeffery Cranor's consent, we may explore the ideas of kickstarters or other campaigns in order to raise the funds for a UK Night Vale show. But right now, we just need to show that we are here. Waiting. Waiting to strike.
