Most of us are afraid of getting behind at school so we continue to go to school even when we are sick and it is effecting everyone around us. Many people I know are sick but must keep going to school in fear of falling greatly behind

I'VE HAD THIS MESS FOR 10 DAYS, IT'S TAKING LONGER TO GET RID OF IT, THAN IT DOES NORMAL FLU, THAT I USUALLY AM OVER IN LIKE 3 DAYS.

My granddaughter has already had these sicknesses two times in 3 weeks. Was at Dr office last Tuesday and it was so busy with children the doctor was going constantly.

THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS TO KEEP SCHOOL ON SINCE ON THE SCHOOL BUS ITS 80 KIDS OF GERMS SPREADING THEM ALL OVER THE PLACE. AND THEN THE BUS DRIVERS WILL GET SICK TO AND THAT WILL CAUSE A BIG ISSUE.

The walk in clinic was packed today! With the strict attendance policy I would say a few more days!

Although I do not have a child in the system, many in our churches do. The school kids are carrying the germs into out Little’s ones, the elderly, not to mention the ones with compromised immune systems. The pharmacies are overloaded with customers. I hate to say it, but those students in a classroom for 5-7 hours are just passing stuff around. Please, if not for anything but for the above mentioned reasons, close school for a good week or more. It has to slow down or stop - and it can’t if something isn’t done to at least TRY to prevent the spread of these germs. Parents are put in a bind with work, doctor bills piling up, is probably costing them a day or more in wages. And those that are sick...oh my. No one wants to be in bed for 3-5 days with fever, vomiting, strep throat, etc. Please, close school. It will not cure the sicknesses, but prayerfully, it will slow it down.
