I feel for this young child. What happened, it's unacceptable. Someone should be punished. No matter how light or severe it may be, something has to be done. All the awareness that has been raised over the years for bullying, and rape, etc., and the issue remains. Hurting people can cost people lives, being a decent person, that's free.
