I recently came across a video that has gone around on Facebook of a 12 year old girl live streaming her on suicide and am I wrong to think that this type of video's shouldn't be allowed and taken down?? Number one where is the respect for the family who is dealing with the loss of a child that had a lot of life, ahead of her?? The family has to live with the tragedy of losing their child and relive the nightmare every day and night and will for the rest of their life!! Why would #1 any media sight still have the video up and #2 why would anyone want to keep the video circulating?? My heart goes out to the family of this young girl who felt the only way out was to end her life!! My next question is can we as society not have a little more RESPECT for the family and friends of this little girl!! Why not teach our children about suicide awareness and prevention!! Why not let children know that there is help out there that they are not alone in whatever situation they are going through!! Why not try and help them instead of watching them kill their selves?? I apologize for my venting but losing a child is a nightmare that a parent will never stop having trust me when I say this so why let a video like this circulate?? I guess if it isn't the person putting it up for it to be passed around on social media isn't the one burying their child then it is ok to post in their minds!! What a cruel world we live in!! My thoughts and prayers go out to this little girls family!!
