we on darling street in wilkes barre have a boys home of teens there are boys climbing through windows all hours and smoking weed in there homemade bongs out side not even on a porch on the side walk then throwing the bong in the street this street has children all over it in particular the house right next door has a baby only a few months old and a little girl id say between 4-5 not quite sure. across the street directly is a 12 month old who they threatened to rape and kill on multiple occasions the police were at the house twice on June 13 2013 because of what it is they cant really do anything help get them out!!!!
