I have always loved the Urge since the very first time I saw them live. They are definitely a STL icon and truly deserve the have a star on Delmar. They are wonderful guys, they talk to their fans and know how to make us JUMP! PTMFUS!

The Urge is an iconic band from the 90's that we all grew up with in St Louis. They are as much St Louis as the Cardinals, Blues, or John Goodman.

My local music experience had two transformative moments- the first time I ever saw The Urge in 1994, and the first time I saw them reunited in 2011. This band has been the soundtrack of my life, and now my kids' lives. I think they have definitely earned a star on the Walk of Fame.
