Firstly, year 11 is the most difficult year in senior school. We have mock exams and gcse's including coursework and homework. The n block would be best to help improve our organisation for many reasons. It is very spacious and has big lockers for everyone right in there form room, which means everyone can get straight away studying instead of traveling to the basement. In the month before the exam, we have free period where we revise. The maths block is constantly used by every year, every form, everyday, and there is almost no time where it is not being used. In the free periods, we will be forced to study in the library, which would be crowded with other forms and teachers. However the n block is the least used building, as many year 10's don't study re, and is only taught twice a fortnight. The exams are in the hall, and are very near to the n block. If we have the maths room it would take us the longest to get from there to the exams. Next year everyone wants to get working hard, and the n block would help with this.
The year sevens have the least work out of all years and would take advantage of it. Although they are new and may be more vulnerable, every other person in year 7 has had the form rooms, it is annoying have the mfl rooms, but it's worth it when you know that you can look forward to the n block in the future. The room that we are supposedly getting instead of the n block, could be given to the year sevens instead, and would probably be used more as they will be socialising more, instead of studying. We have had the four rooms upstairs every year, and had the basements, that you have said yourself are horrible too, for four years. I think we deserve the n block as we never complained when we were in 7,8,9 even though is was boring having to trek to the top floor, so why should when we finally think we are going to have some freedom, we are punished for the year above mess.

I do believe that the current year 10 are very responsible and clearly feel very strong about this. I feel that as they move on into year 11 they should have space to go to when doing there GCSEs. This is a fantastic year group and it seems unfair that this is to be taken away from them. Please let them keep it.

On top of this it is a system (year 7 in mfl and year 11 in n block) that has worked for years and I see no reason to change it. This is just another example of the school trying to be impress the perspective parents and students and not really caring about our well being. to expect us to revise there. year 7's should not get the N block because we will need the space seeing as we will be doing GCSE's in year 11. GCSE's are more important then year 7 exams

Teachers say that the main reason they're moving year 7's into the n block is because it's a 'safer environment,' surely our school should be making the whole school a safe environment for all years
