I hope we can extend the trail to Scandia and Taylors Falls. It would be much safer for cyclist on the trail then on the shoulder of the road with high traffic coming to Scandia and Taylors Falls.

This is an initiative that benefits everyone in the Twin Cities and beyond! We can't wait for the bike trail to connect Scandia to William O'Brien State Park, eventually St. Paul, and later Duluth. The trail provides safe, healthy family activity with fun destinations to visit along the route. Let's get this going!

We have used the Gateway trail regularly from the day it was created many years ago. We would love to see this extension within the Scandia area and really hope we can some day see the full connection! The Gateway and Brown's Creek trail are vital to this area and we love using these trails!

As much as I love biking the roads in the Scandia area, this proposed trail extension will offer huge benefits to the town and to less experienced bikers who don't feel comfortable sharing the road with cars. This will be another huge investment in our bike-friendly state. Let's make it happen!
