Having had a service dog myself, this saddened be beyond belief. I couldn't have left my dog locked up.

I’m here should be no charges against this man. It’s not like he broke in or did any damage. He has now lost his precious pet. This is ridiculous to continue with these charges especially when the dog shelter is no longer pursuing it.

This is ridiculous, he done the right thing...the pound didn’t they should have called him immediately to let him know what had happened....hope all goes well...prayers

There is no justice in this world, once u step outside the law they will be after u the rest of ur life. I understand what he did and why, but the law is corupt.
Get a lawyer and fight for justice.

This is wrong to pursue Mr. Kinne. He did nothing wrong but saved his dog. You have better criminals to go after. Leave Mr. Kinne alone.
