Many people I've observed have been partnered by Twitch despite being less active and open towards their clients. StalkerKoffie is a streamer which I feel has achieved enough reputation and proven worthy to his viewers that he is indeed deserving to be awarded the commendation of Partnership for his continued service to both the Twitch Community Servers and his viewers.
