Rory was in the School Nursery how can he not have a place in the Infants. His Mum has an Email confirming receipt of her application, which Oldham Council are trying to deny. Covering up their own clerical errors but not very well.

I cannot believe that Rory is being kept away from school when his Mum completed all the forms and kept to the deadline
