On behalf of everyone that was involved in the Mother's Day fiasco recently with Teleflora I'm demanding that something be done about it by the better business bureau. There were hundreds of dissatisfied customers. I read almost every dissatisfied post I could find. Tons of people received horrible bouquets for their loved ones, and when you are away from family or trying to celebrate a special occasion and you get a bouquet that looks like it was taken off someones grave or worse, it is a very displeasing experience. I've never had a company be so distasteful towards its customers. I've never had a company REFUSE to right their mistake by sending the proper item (OR SENDING IT AT ALL!) This is most definitely one of the worst companies that I or anyone has ever dealt with. Most of the customers that requested refunds, did not even get a full refund, and instead got a percentage off of their next purchase which clearly nobody in their right minds would ever use! Teleflora needs to right the wrongs they did to everyone on Mother's Day. I read peoples stories, and some of them were absolutely terrible. One man was away on active duty and sent his wife a beautiful flower arrangement, she got it. LATE. It also wasn't even close to the bouquet he ordered nor was it worth the amount of money he paid for it. Another customer was completely stiffed on funeral flowers. Which I'm assuming he paid a good amount of money for. I bought a bouquet from them and it was for my Mother and Grandmother on Mother's day, it was finally received on the 15th, and was absolutely not the bouquet I ordered and literally looked like a bouquet I could have payed ten dollars for at Walmart. I did not pay fifty dollars for that. It did not even have the flowers that were specified in the arrangement and my mother was HORRIFIED at what had been delivered to her doorstep, for people that are hundreds of miles away from their families and loved ones flowers are the perfect thing, and to get such terrible service from a company that is supposed to help them is absolutely beyond me. I'm hoping that you will take these complaints into consideration and understand that something really needs to be done about Teleflora.
