We shouldn't be told how we want our trucks or cars to be cause we put the time and money into not the state. State already makes money off us anyways

In my honest opinion I think it's ridiculous that in Hawaii (Oahu) we need to acquire a reconstruction permit to drive our trucks/vehcicles. I would never drive something that is unsafe & could potentially hurt others on the road. & let's look at statistics has there ever been an accidnet on the roadways in Oahu due to a Straight front axle??

I really don't think it's fair that other places in the U.S. don't have recon. I think we should be free to modify our vehicle and drive it without being harassed by HPD. We should put an end to recon.

Its stupid to have reconstruction permit when none of the people that work there has no hands on knowledge on working on cars to judge what safe and not safe.
