I have been reading through the notes you leave here and the experiences you describe are truly heavy. It is humbling to see so many people finding the courage to speak up about these frustrations. I am just trying to keep track of everyone's concerns so we can figure out the best way to move forward.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by how many people feel the same way about this. This momentum belongs entirely to the folks who spoke up and chose to be heard.

He doesnt care about our education he cares out how we look. we cant be who we wish and have to fork out for expensive uniform that if is wrong have to GO HOME and change it correct then they expect us to GO BACK to school when they lock us out after nine!
I have not liked him since he got there.he is taking the mick when it comes to uniform and the rules he has put in place already are crap no wonder the kids don't want to be at school and he has driven all the best teachers that school had away because they can't even stand him.the sooner he leaves and get someone better the better the school might be
He cares more about what we look like than our education treats his staff like poo and now because off him all the good staff are leaving the school used to be well alright but now it's crap
Cares more about our looks than education e.g. "Colour nails, hair colour, amount of makeup, tight trousers, have to be 18cm, skirts so long that they cover our knees, size of earrings, shape of earrings, no piercings accept one in each ear, no sleeves rolled up" etc, it's pathetic and something needs to be done, all these people been put in isolation or sent home for silly things, let us be our self, and how we want to be, people who have low self asteam, and anxiety, and he is making them take their makeup off, and won't let them be their own individual self makes it worse, so he should stop thinking about our looks think about our education and mental illnesses, and how he makes people feel.
Cares more about whether girls are wearing nail varnish and make up and how high their skirts are more than their education because apparently we are a distraction to boys when actually they should be teaching boys that we are not they're toys and distractions

I feel he should not be at this school He is un intentional to help students in there educational needs and cares more on how students look this is in stand able and needs to be put right he has no intention of making the school any better he follows his own believes and only his children should be made to feel importand and wanted in there investment. This man must go!
