Please Please bring back David Harmon. The Giro is about to start and we are going to be stuck with that tw#t Kirby with no alternative unless you understand Welsh. You have to feel sorry for his co-commentators.

Can’t believe he’s still employed. Heartily fed up with his inane comments, rude personal comments about riders, misinformation, lack of knowledge about cycling, inability to talk about the race, thinking he’s eloquent or funny, using tired cliches- get the idea?! Come on cycling fans, sign this petition and let’s get someone on who knows what they are talking about! Rob Hatch, Brian Smith, Declan Quigley, Magnus Backstedt, even Matt Stephens- anyone but him! ITV’s Ned Boulting and particularly David Millar wipe the floor with that T**T.

All I can say is my heart sinks when I hear his voice on Eurosport cycling. His jokes are inane and I'm sure most of the audience have forgotten more than he ever knew about cycling. I'm sorry but I can think of nothing positive to say about his commentating. Why should we have to resort to the mute button Eurosport? There are some really decent cycling commentators on Eurosport please use them instead Carlton Kirby.

It is very sad when you have to watch the cycling with the mute button on because you cannot stand to listen to the dribble. I cannot believe Eurosport is so desperate for a commentator that they have to employ Carlton Kirby. Maybe he should listen to someone like Matthew Keenan and learn what a good commentator sounds like
