Not suited to cycling commentary and has not improved with time. He is now more annoying than ever. I’ve written to Eurosport before regarding his unsuitably for the job.

We subscribed to Eurosport to watch cycling. Kirby is going to be the cause of me cancelling and demanding a refund. simply put, he lacks expertise and is inane. He fails to inform or entertain and makes watching unbearable.

I can put up with Sean Kelly (who sounds like Father Stone) if there is a suitable commentator beside him. Carlton Kirby is not that person - neither is Rob Hatch, but that’s another story. Kirby Should Go. Now.
