Seems to be watching a different event that you are watching and all the inane chatter all the time I try to blank him out but the way he gets worked up is totally unnecessary. Give someone a chance to commentate and improve the viewers experience.

Hes appalling - another species with the ability to breath through his ears as he never stops talking. I keep the sound OFF! Tell Eurosport!

His inane and often inaccurate ramblings detract from the enjoyment of watching.

One other point, his disparaging remarks about the various religious buildings etc, would he say the same if they were Islamic monuments.

He is by far the most irritating commentator ever, I enjoy my cycling watching but he talks as if he knows what’s happening but I know more than him , he has no proper cycling knowledge on the road

Totally agree - he is awful, I have resorted to turning the sound down most of the time. I really hope your petition succeeds.

To "pathetic petition" who doesn't have the courage of his convictions to leave his name. Of course there are more important things to worry about in the present climate but that should not prevent anyone from having an opinion about all sorts of things, including sports commentators, especially if they are not worthy of their position as a cycling commentator on a sports TV channel. (In my opinion)
