I figured since Andrew ditched his tights to dress like a girl and dance with a fellow male he's willing to make people think he could be homosexual. Tobey may have taken part in illegal poker games but at least we know he's no gay. Neither option is too clean but Toby's issue is cleaner than andrew's.
