We need the use of this tremendous facility to do what it was intended to do…bring enjoyment to thousands of people including the huge Peterborough Speedway following.

The speedway at the showground has a long and successful history which cannot be lost to the local fans and other teams fans who enjoyed attending and contributing to the local economy.

The only reason I have ever visited Peterborough is for speedway. It's a massive asset to your city

Peterborough has been the 2nd most supported sport in the borough for over 50 years. The club itself has enjoyed recent success domestically winning the premiership title in 2021. Peterborough needs speedway and sporting venues need to be protected in the UK.
