The Showground was a well supported, family orientated venue, with great racing. The Peterborough public deserve to have their speedway track reinstated.

Peterborough panthers are an iconic part of UK Speedway history, it’s unacceptable for the track at the Orton Southgate Show Ground to be demolished for housing, keep speedway alive in Peterborough

Speedway brings people like me to Peterborough who otherwise wouldn’t visit. It’s good for both the local community and the local economy.

Speedway and other events at the showground have been significant in the lives of the people of Peterborough and surrounding areas, and this has been successfully proven. It’s now time to let speedway return to its rightful home
