Why are lesser Entertainers and some one-hit-wonders in the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame, but not Pat Boone?

As much as I'm a fan of the likes of Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Fats Domino, Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson, and other great, black, rock and roll pioneers, if it hadn't been for four white singers, Bill Haley, Elvis, Ricky Nelson, and Pat Boone, rock and roll would not have been introduced to white America. Without this, many, if not all the great, black, rock and roll pioners, may have remained in the R & B charts. Not only should Pat Boone have already been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he should have been inducted at it's year of inception, 1986. As long as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame continues to disregard this omission, as well as the one for Chubby Checker, their credibility will suffer.

It is totally unfair that lesser entertainers have been inducted and yet, Pat Boone, an icon in the music industry has not. Please do it now.

Yes, he is one of the early pioneers of rock 'n' roll music along with Bill Haley, Fats Domino, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, and the Crew-Cuts.

The first number one rock and roll songs, in 1955, were Rock Around The Clock by Bill Haley and the Comets, and Ain't That A Shame by Pat Boone, he should have made it to the rock and roll hall of shame the first year of eligibility.
